Hello mama, from my heart to yours, I am so glad we found each other. Motherhood is a HUGE job; in fact, I believe it is the most important job. We all want to be the best version of ourselves as moms; I know I sure do. That is why I work so hard at being mentally and emotionally fit. The benefits are paying off - I am so proud of my relationship with my children who are now young adults and teens. We have genuine heartfelt conversations, and now, I am teaching them how to be mentally and emotionally fit.

I hold a Masters in Counselling Psychology with nearly two decades of studies and experience in the field of maternal health. I blend a unique approach that combines my athletic history and my early graduate studies in the field of Sports Psychology, to help moms take charge of their mental health. I have worked with Olympian and National athletes helping them train for peak performance. Now, I help moms 'train' for peak performance in their role of a lifetime - motherhood.
