For example, you may have been blasted open during a psychedelic experience and now you are seeking ways to touch that space in consensus reality. Psychedelics are initiators and catalysts. They invite you to practice being with what you are experiencing without shutting down, popping out, exploding or imploding. Moving you towards living an embodied life with your heart open.
You may already know about the benefits associated with psychedelic therapies but without effective and embodied pre and post integration therapy your sessions, and money investments, might lack the healing potential you had hoped for.

Remaining in survival keeps you trapped in your fears and stuck in life's holding patterns; preventing you from experiencing more joy, love, and connection.
Learning how to be with, and what to do with, the emotional energy that arises during and after a psychedelic session is key. In the hopes that you can step out of the emotional and psychological patterns that rule your life, and step into a more beautiful world that you know is possible.
A WARRIOR AT HEART
Hello, I am Jennifer, your Flowing Fears Guide. I was struggling with PTSD and years of undiagnosed depression and anxiety. I was imploding, exploding, and drowning in grief. Something had to change. I had three children to look after and I was unemployed, and a single mom. As a former university athlete and a graduate student of Sport Psychology who had worked with Olympians, I knew what it took to go for gold (and heal).
I APPLIED THIS DRIVE TO TAKE CHARGE OF MY HEALING.
I learned all about mental health, neuroscience, trauma, consciousness and healing. I applied these teachings to take back my life with the help of many guides, and yes psychedelics, along the way. I am passionate about working with warrior spirits, helping them learn the skills to heal and tap into their vitality.
