A guiding approach to support working with perinatal clients. Created as a compass to offer guidelines and containment with intention to weave a beginning, middle, and end to the mothers ever evolving story.
Foundations to NSI Perinatal Therapy
The Nervous System Informed Foundational Course that will inform you about polyvagal theory through a trauma and childbirth informed lens.
The Flowing Fears Audio Course
Flowing Fears is an embodied 10 step process for transformational change. The audio course outlines each step, with worksheets and guided process. The process is Jennifer's signature system that she successfully applies in therapy to complete the down and under, up and out, healing phase.
